1 1/2 oz. Brandy
Cappuccino
Pour brandy into coffee cup. Add cappuccino. Stir well. Top with whipped cream.

Cafe Coconut
1 oz. Malibu Liqueur
Hot Coffee
Pour Malibu Liqueur into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Cafe Foster
1 oz. Aged Rum
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
Hot Coffee
Pour Rum and Banana Liqueur into coffee cup. Add coffee. Top with whipped cream.

Cafe Zurich
1 1/2 oz. Anisette
1 1/2 oz. Cognac
1/2 oz. Amaretto
Hot Coffee
1 tsp Honey Espresso
Pour liqueurs into coffee cup. Add coffee. Stir well. Float honey on top. Stir again. Top with whipped cream.

Cajun Bloody Mary
1 1/2 oz. Absolute Pepper Vodka
3 oz. Tomato Juice
1 dash Lemon Juice
1 dash Worcestershire Sauce
2 drops Tabasco Sauce
Salt and Pepper
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.

California Iced Tea
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Sour Mix
1 oz. Orange Juice
1 oz. Pineapple Juice
Pour all into Collins glass. Stir well.

Cape Cod
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
6 oz. Cranberry Juice
Fill highball glass with ice. Add ingredients and stir well. Garnish with lime wedge.

Capri
3/4 oz. White Crème de Cacao
3/4 oz. Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz. Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes.

Captain's Blood
2 oz. Rum
1 oz. Lime Juice
2 dashes Bitter
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Casablanca
2 oz. Light Rum
1 1/2 tsp. Triple Sec
1 1/2 tsp. Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz. Cherry Liqueur
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Cats Eye
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 tbsp. Triple Sec
Juice of 1/2 Lime
1 tsp. Sugar
1 slice of Banana
Mix with shaved ice in electric blender until desired consistency. Pour unstrained into cocktail glass.

Cerebral Haemorrhage
1 oz. Kailua
1 oz. Peach Schnapps
1 oz. Bailey's Irish Cream
Several drops of Grenadine
Layer Kailua, Peach Schnapps and Bailey's Irish Cream into old fashioned glass with ice. Add several drops of grenadine. Do not stir.

Champagne Cobbler
Champagne
1 tbsp. Sugar
Fill 10 oz. goblet (large wine glass) with shaved ice. Add ingredients and stir. Dress with assorted fruits and berries and add straw.

Champagne Cocktail
6 oz. Champagne
1 lump Sugar
2 dashes Bitters
Lemon or Orange peel
Place lump of sugar in champagne glass. Add bitters and twist of lemon or orange peel. Fill with chilled Champagne.

Cherry Bomb
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Tequila
3 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Cream of Coconut
2 tsp. Milk
1 drop Grenadine
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into Collins glass with a few ice cubes in it. Garnish with a cherry.

Chi-Chi
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Blackberry Brandy
4 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into highball glass over ice cubes.

Chiquita Cocktail
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cointreau
1/2 oz. Light Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Chocolate Banana
3/4 oz. Banana Liqueur
3/4 oz. White Crème de Cacao
3/4 oz. Kailua
1 oz. Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into highball glass. Add ice.

Chocolate Coated Cherry
1/2 oz. Kailua
11/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao
Drop of Grenadine
Shake well with ice. Strain into a shot glass. Put a drop of Grenadine in the center.

Chocolate Rum
1 oz. Rum
2 tsp. White Crème de Cacao
2 tsp. White Crème de Menthe
2 tsp. Heavy Cream
1 tsp 151 proof Rum
Shake well with cracked ice all but 151 proof Rum. Strain into old-fashioned glass over ice cubes. Top with 151 proof Rum.

Christmas Punch
2 bottles Champagne
1 fifth Rum
1 fifth Whiskey
1 fifth Brandy
1/2 bottle Benedictine
1 quart Cold Tea
1 quart Orange Juice
1/2 cup Lemon Juice
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tblsp. Angostura Bitter
1 Pineapple (sliced)
Dissolve sugar in fruit juices in punch bowl. Add all other ingredients except Champagne. Mix well. Add block of ice. Just before serving add chilled Champagne and stir gently.

Cider Punch
1 quart Hard Cider
1/2 pint Sherry
4 oz. Brandy
Juice of 1 Lemon
1/4 lb. Sugar
Nutmeg
Combine all but Brandy on ice in punch bowl. Stir well. Just before serving add Brandy, sprinkle nutmeg on top.

Citrus Breezer
1 1/2 oz. Vodka
5 oz. Grapefruit Juice
3 oz. Cranberry Juice
Mix all in chilled Collins glass with ice cubes. Garnish with lime slice.

City Slicker
2 oz. Brandy
1 oz. Curacao
Dash Pernod
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Climax
1/2 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1/2 oz. Amaretto
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Vodka
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 oz. Cream
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Clover Leaf
1 1/2 oz. Gin
1 1/2 oz. Italian Vermouth
3 dashes Grenadine
1 Egg White
Juice of 1/2 Lemon or Lime
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Club Cocktail
1 oz. Gin
2 dashes Rum
2 dashes Orange Bitter
1 dash Green Chartreuse
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Coco-Loco
1 whole Coconut
1 oz. Tequila
1 oz. Rum
1 oz. Gin
1/2 oz. Grenadine
Cut 3 in. hole in top of coconut. Pour in Tequila, Rum and Gin. Add several ice cubes and stir. Throw in slice of lemon. Serve with long straw.

Coconut Toastie
1 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Malibu Coconut Rum
3 oz. Vanilla Ice Cream
2 tbsp. Whipping Cream
Blend until smooth and pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with shredded coconut.

Coffee Cocktail
1 oz. Brandy
2 oz. Port
1 tsp. Powdered Sugar
1 Fresh Egg
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass. Grate a little nutmeg on top.

Cold Deck
1 1/2 oz. Brandy
3/4 oz. Sweet Vermouth
3/4 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Corkscrew
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz. Peach Brandy
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into cocktail glass.

Cranberry Cooler
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
1/2 tbsp. Lime Juice
Club Soda
Add juice to Collins glass filled with ice. Fill with club soda. Garnish with slice of lime.

Cranberry Splash
2 oz. Vodka
Splash of Cranberry Juice
Pour Vodka into old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes. Add spash of cranberry juice.

Creole
1 1/2 oz. Light Rum
1 dash Tabasco
1 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 cube Beef Bouillon
Salt and Pepper
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into old fashioned glass filled with ice.

Cricket
1 oz. White Crème de Cacao
1 oz. Greem Crème de Menthe
1 oz. Cream
Dash brandy
Shake well with cracked ice. Strain into champagne glass.

Cuban Cooler
2 oz. Rum
Cola
1/2 Lemon
Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over 2 ice cubes into Collins glass. Drop in lemon shell. Add Rum and fill with ginger ale. Stir well.
